| Nick and I agree that it was nice to have someone who wasn't just trying to make a dollar. We're both young and were first time home buyers so we didn't exactly know what things to look at. You were honest and helpful in stating what things would need to be fixed and basically if it was worth the price they were asking. We saw quite a few homes that were, for lack of a better word, dumps. You didn't just unlock the door and say here you go, let me know what you think and get back to me. It was also nice in that we could always get a hold of you and if we couldn't, you called back right away. We're enjoying our home and will give you a call when we plan on relocating. |

Dear Dayna,
We both would like to say “Thank You” for all of the hard work you did in finding just the right house for us. We gave you our budget in houses and after that you went to work. Taking Jackie and I around to look at homes in all the snow and time with our 16-month grandson; that alone was above and beyond. When we drove up to this house you said, “This is the one.” and it was.
Also a second “Thank You” for selling the condo. All that you said to do for it to sell was right on the mark. We received several thousand more than we expected at closing. Here again you met our every need and beyond. With all the extra money we are able to upgrade the backyard for our grandson.
Then you did something we will never forget. Jackie was told she had cancer. You called everyone, the church, and friends all across the country putting her on a Prayer List. Then you set up a support group to deliver meals each day. I would like the recipe for the crock-pot roast you did and the way you fixed the oranges; we now do.
You really are a complete friend, realtor and person. When any of our family or friends need a realtor, you will be the one we say to call.

Where do I start? You are a fabulous person! Jason and I truly feel that you went above and beyond to help us. We truly felt that we could trust in you completely.
